Instant Royal Icing is our best selling cake decoration product, first patented by Sean Gaughan in 1972 this product has become a main staple in the home kitchen and baking industry. It makes the normally tiresome task of icing a cake an easy and enjoyable experience.

Our “Mega Munchers” American Style Toffee Popcorn is a snack food that we are truly proud of, the popcorn is air popped which allows for less than 10% fat making this snack food not only delicious but healthy too. We source the best corn and refine our recipes tirelessly until we are happy that the end result is as delicious as possible.

It makes the normally tiresome task of icing a cake an easy and enjoyable experience. Our new and improved recipe can be made into both a simple and easy icing for cupcakes, layer cakes and Royal Icing for a more traditional iced cake and Christmas cakes.

Popcorn is a variety of maize discovered in America towards the end of the 19th century.

When heated quickly to 400F it POPS and cooks instantly in its own “pressure cooker” kernel, to give the classic crispy puffs of crunchy snack food.

To maintain its purest form we use only hot air to POP then coat each kernel with delicious “Butterscotch” toffee to give one of the great combinations of Natural Flavours in snack foods today.

With the success of our new MegaMuncher brand American Style Toffee Popcorn, a new factory equipped with the latest technology was built in FoxFord, achieving accreditations to BRC since 2001.
